Where Have We Been??

Starting a new job will take it out of you. Especially if said job starts at 5:00am. I have been at the radio station officially now for 2 weeks and 2 days and I had no idea how tired I would be. Add in a little frustration and boy it sucks the life right out of you. I thought this was going to be a cake walk and boy was I wrong. Being a Type A personality doesn't help either. LOL. Don't get me wrong, it is pretty cool, but I have a lot to learn.
Did I mention that my daughter has been in PA for almost a month and for most of that month she has called me almost EVERY night begging to come home? My ex-husband and in-laws don't see this as a problem, but next year things will be different. Taylor has calmed down. She got to go to the beach for a week and that helped the homesickness. She will be home FRIDAY and I can't wait.
My summer has been fun. Ward and I have been to see lots of movies, several concerts, and even a Tea Party at Shelby Farms, but I miss my little baby and I think I would have had much more fun if she was here. Next year, we are gonna spend the summer hanging out in T-County. Maybe we will take a little trip to the beach, just me and her. Whatever we do, it will be great.
By the way!!! Has anyone been listening to the show?? It will take a while for us to get our groove on, we are still working on developing some fun bits and working out the right mix of music and talk. We need your feedback.
